Students from Exeter University - Cymbeline excerpts - free performance

Two short pieces based on Shakespeare’s Cymbeline performed by Drama Students from Exeter University

Gold and Silver Turned to Dust

A comedic take on Cymbeline set in the modern day corporate world. A fight for land divides communities. Who will win?

Does the World Go Round?

This piece explores ecological impact of human greed and how it changes our perception of creation. With moments from Shakespeare’s Cymbeline interspersed with aspects of the Genesis story, we have explored both these tales through the lens of Anthropocentric relationships.

Teas, coffee and cakes will be available. This is a FREE performance but it would be helpful to us if you could book by email. Donations on the day will be encouraged!
